"8 of us stayed here for the recent Rugby finals in Bilbao - mainly because it was the only hotel we could find that offered reasonable value for money (downtown hotels asking £700+ per room per night for that weekend) As the name says this is a budget hotel but it was fine for us. "Great central location, parking garage was about 2 blocks away. We were there during a recent heatwave and the AC was much appreciated as it left the room chilly. The staff was very helpful as we had quite a few questions and requests. We ended up adding 2 additional nights to our original 4 night stay. Walking distance to the museum, restaurants, chopping, and the viejo part of town. Would stay here again."

"This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were spacious and impeccable, and the staff was extremely helpful. They literally anticipated needs. We parked our car in the hotel garage and every time we needed it during our stay, there were fresh bottles of water in the car. There was also always new bottled water in the room, along with nightly chocolate surprises. We stayed over Fourth of July and found America themed cupcakes in our room."

"Our family of three stayed here for one night after arriving on a late flight. It was exactly what we needed- clean, easy to get to, and quiet. The staff was helpful and efficient. The rooms and beds are comfortable. Breakfast had all the usual options and plenty of space. There is a free airport shuttle until 23:30."

"Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff at Reception. Very comfortable, modern, good sized room, pleasantly decorated. Excellent breakfast, with many options. We loved it. Very good location. Pleasant walk along the river. The food served at the bar is outstanding. This hotel exceeded our expectations."
