"An EXCELLENT stay. The service was impeccable - Luis at the door was attentive and greeted us with true kindness. Sandra, the concierge, helped us with a medical issue with speed. Jon at the rooftop terrace was so friendly with beach advice and plenty of coffee. We stayed in one of the smart interior rooms and the bed was comfortable and temperature, cool, after many very hot days in Galicia. Thank you so much. Top notch time."

"My room was cute, clean and the AC worked!!!! The staff was friendly and informative. As a solo woman traveller, it was easy to pop around to have a bite to eat and drink and I felt safe. Cosco Viejo was super lively. It was loud until late into the night and in the morning the trucks cleaning the streets and the bar clean up - glass/keg disposal etc woke me up ... but for me... it was an opportunity to get up and get going. However, I did appreciate the ear plugs they provided. If you have mobility issues, this may not be your place as cars are not allowed in the Old Town and there is not an elevator...but I would stay here again and again! "

"There are many rooms that share bathrooms (in the hallway) and several rooms with a private bath. So pay attention when booking. Our room was spacious. "

"Absolutely fabulous location. Couple of minutes walk to the piazza. The underground is less than a minute walk. Lots of bars and food places. The hotel is spotless. Staff are lovely. And that bed. Oh my word, I wanted to take it with me to the next hotel! Most comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept in for a long time. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The stairs are not for the faint hearted though! "
