Customer survice- speek broken Sinhala and English Food - not worth that price Facilities - no TV, no chars, no room service, no hot water for drinking, no shampoo in the room

Dear Mysterious Guest We are surprised by your feedback because we never heard from our earlier multi national guests about our knowledge of language. We have never mentioned anywhere that we have TV & shampoo or provide room service. you find chairs inside & outside the room. We wish you had requested for hot water, we would have definitely provided you. Best Regards Ramanan

Our experience of the Rocco’s was excellent! We’ve stayed there for 2 weeks on half board and everything was just great. The room are simple but comfortable, we had a cube on the upper floor allowing to store all our surfing equipment on the side in the shade and dry everything the same way. All the people working there are extremely kind and professional and always here to help in any ways they just took all this experience to the next level. Amazing place with amazing people

Well overpriced. Only a small sheet to sleep under, no bathroom products, air conditioning hardly worked, they didn’t make up the room unless asked, pool was heavily chlorinated, there was no fridge or safe and the property had a terrible smell. Not worth the value at all

Great location Lovely from the outside and grounds good Nice beach area Raja (older staff member is great!) Rooms tiny and dull No safe, fridge or tv Beds only consisted of 2 sheets and you had to make your own Rooms not serviced in 5 day stay Bathrooms smelly Not worth the money

Thank you for staying with us and for your feedback. In terms of the room, we have mentioned on our site and also OTA what is available and also ample photographs of the same. Therefore, you would have been aware of the features of the room prior to arrival. Housekeeping is done daily and our staff ask the guests everyday. Therefore we cannot accept your claim. We have many guests staying at our hotel and they have always complimented our staff for their service and friendliness, and also been very happy with the hotel.

Pros- Staff was very friendly and the property was beautiful. Located by the side of the beach and not too far away from the activities and partys in the area. Good property to relax and enjoy. Cons - No TV in the rooms and breakfast must improve. I wish they changed their breakfast menu every other day cause if you stay for more than 3 days, it’s difficult to eat the same thing. Could be more organized during check-in.

Loved this hotel except for the service was a tad slow and there def needs to be fridges in the room as they don't serve alcohol. However there is a cool beach bar next door. Great position on a lovely beach.

We enjoyed our stay there for 2 nights. The hotel is right on the beach and the pool is clean and has a great view of the ocean. Food was good and staff were great. The room cleanliness needs a bit more attention. I felt the floor needs a good clean.

Modern new hotel
A new modern hotel very well located right on the beach in Arugam Bay. We had the ground floor beach front room, large clean room (house keeping is on request), decent bathroom with hot water. The swimming pool was lovely and there were plenty of sun loungers on the small private beach. The pool and the grounds were kept very clean. Breakfast was good and made to order and the WiFi was ok (though limited to 1GB per day per room). Staff were also very friendly. One side point we stayed at the beginning of Dec and Arugam Bay was very very quiet and the monsoon season had also started.

We love to stay at this hotel! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We (2 young women traveling alone) felt so safe and everyone was looking out for us. The food was also very good and the location was just stunning. Would definitely come back an recommend this to everyone.

Nice hotel with pool at the beach
One or maybe the best hotel with pool at the beach in Arumgambay. The rooms are rather small and basic but OK compared to other places. A fridge would be a nice addition though. The bathroom is also small and basic, and we had a lot of ants the first days (but that is kinda everywhere). The WIFI was "so-so" but that was kinda everywhere in Sri Lanka (better off buying a SIM-card). The service and staff was excellent and everyone was helpfull and service-minded. Big thanks to the older yoga teacher serving breakfast in the morning, he is real adorable and funny! :) The surroundings are perfect, restaurants and shop within walking distance so couldn´t be better.

Nice hotel central in the city
A very nice Hotell Sentral in the city. Okay standard on the rooms. The bathroom a little bit “shabby”. Nice pool. Okay breakfast. The WiFi was okay WHEN it worked. We had to ask the management of a new password every hour although we only read new on the internet (no downloading).

Hôtel neuf en bord de plage
Cet hôtel est récent donc les équipements sont en bonnes états La piscine et les chambres (cubes) sont en bords de mer : très agréable d entendre les vagues en s endormant. Il n’y a pas de confort superficiel dans la chambre : lit +chaise + douche et wc , mais la à/c fonctionne et le lit est confortable
