"What a wonderful place, very beautiful and relaxing. Accommodation absolutely top notch, staff even better. Having stayed in several highly rated 5 star hotels during our month long tour of India we felt this to be the best. If you're looking for the backwater experience in true comfort and style then this gives you that. We hired a day boat which picked us up from the bottom of the garden. "The room had two big windows and a cute butterfly shaped bed. Big bathroom. Welcomed a board with a drink and friendly staff. The lounge and dining room was spacious and well decorated with comfortable furniture. Outside deck with comfy seating. The food was good and tea was served. The staff were very accommodating and friendly."

"24 hour staff were great for check in (I arrived 1am from a late flight). Room was tidy and I received a free upgrade. Daily room clean and laundry if required. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were great too especially the gym. Very affordable for the rooms and service provided."
