Beside the U-bahn, very accessible 20mins to munich main station and marien platz old town, the hotel is also next to a good mall for food, supermarket or shopping, and it’s next to convention centre. The hotel is clean, efficient and friendly. Cost of laundry wash is affordable. Breakfast is ample, love the very fresh fruits, sausage, different cheese, jams, mini choc croissants and coffee. Only issue is that the hot water kettles we changed are still not so clean, after boiling water there are...

Check in is hassle free. The Asian male front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Thankful for his assistance. Thru out the stay is pleasant and comfortable. Parking is chargeable within the hotel. However, one can choose to park along the road side if available for free. The area around the hotel has a selection of restaurants. Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy is nearby. Walking distance is about 5 mins which is ideal. Value for money and will return when possible:) thank you once again.

The staff (from reception to housekeeping) were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond - and were kind to upgrade my room and extend my check-out time (sign up for the Accor membership!). The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Very easy to walk to S-bahn through the Motorama mall. There are 2 huge supermarkets in the mall and 1 DM shop. It's also one direct train to the airport. Definitely my go-to hotel for my next trip to Munich!
