"If you are a senior citizens, really important to let them know and check in some of the rooms have the older fashion type bathtubs are very hard for seniors to get in, but they will move to a shower only situation and even there you need to ask for towels because itโ€™s a bit slippery other than that. The combination is very nice And we enjoyed our stay. In US dollars the breakfast is a bit expensive but enjoying it once or twice while youโ€™re there, youโ€™ll really like it."

"All OK except: The room safe was inoperable. It would not accept a new code and required a reset. Was not able to use it in the time we were there. The makeup mirror in the bathroom was cracked. Otherwise, fine. We like the location and have stayed at the hotel before and will return again when in London."
