"The Still hotel is perfectly located in Ozo. Less than a minute walk to the Higo Ozy train station. You’ll find plenty of taxis and buses there as well. The hotel itself is relatively new, and is very well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helps with whatever you need. The rooms are great, spacious bed, wet room and toilet room with bidet. Fresh linens, towels and pijamas every day even if you don’t have room service. A neat bag will be placed on your door including a bottle of water....

"I stay here for 4days in Kumamoto. The hotel is nice! It is near to the tram station which is within 5mins walk. There are lots of restaurants, convenience stores and shops nearby the hotel which is very convenient. The hotel is clean and tidy. "We chose this hotel as it was near the park. The staff were efficient and very helpful. They have us tea and sweets on arrival before showing us to our room. The western style twin beds were clean and comfortable apart from the normal Japanese hard pillows. The legless chairs with cushions were set on a tatami platform and it overlooked a residential area & trees. The shower room was clean and well appointed. As usual there was little room for suitcases except in the corridor by the tea making...
