"I really liked this hotel. The location is great - covered parking, right on the boardwalk, multiple restaurants. The rooms are slightly out dated but if that doesn’t bother you, don’t let it be a contributing factor. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I hope to stay there again someday."

"We loved our 1st floor Oceanfront Queen suite (room 109), however, getting TO the room was a chore. If you have anyone in your party who can not walk LONG distances, this room is NOT for you. You have to take the elevator up one floor, go down a long hallway and around 2 corners to another elevator. Take that elevator back down to the 1st floor and around several corners to arrive at the room. It was beautiful and updated. We loved that the bedroom had a door for privacy from the sitting area but all that walking was a bit much for our 75 yr old mom. Thank God for my sons who helped us with luggage! "

"The hotel lacked in a lot. The lady who checked us in gave us high hopes but sadly that lasted until we opened the door to our room. Immediately we noticed that there was a spill near the entertainment center that hadn't been touched. And then candy on the floor and other things that needed to be vacuumed. Not to mention the hair in the shower. We called the cleaners to our room three times before we even settled in. The mattress sunk in the middle leaving me with neck, shoulder pain and a terrible headache-it most definitely needed to be changed. The same spills and dirt remained untouched outside of the elevators for the two days we were there. They were sold out the second day so we couldn't move rooms. The restaurant's menu was sparse, and food was just OK as I'd expect at a hotel. I mentioned these things again to the front desk at check out and all we were offered was that they would talk to the manager. On our drive home, a man called me to discuss and told me he'd added 30k rewards points to our profile for our inconvenience. Big deal- that didn't make up for our experience that we paid over $300 a night for in the off-season. "

"Hotel seemed like it was recently renovated. Everything looked in top shape. The room (the most important thing) was very spacious, very clean! Not a fan of the bathtub in the bathroom but the cleanliness of it made up for it. Breakfast was meh, but once again, the food area very clean! Definitely will coming back!!"

"Beautiful view of the beach. Room was very clean. Our jetted tub didn’t work (maybe we weren’t using it correctly). Great location on the boardwalk with view of the classic car parade. The best part were the breakfasts and our server Gabriel. He was so thoughtful and did everything in his power to make sure our breakfast experience was perfect, and he was very good at it. Highly recommend."
