The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. Not a short stroll as advertised - it’s in the middle of an estate (not so nice ) Make you pay £££ deposit or no check in details Make you sign this ridiculous document also to say if they had to take deposit off you because of damage- you can’t leave them a negative review! Got signs everywhere to remind you not to make noise/ switch off lights etc - doesn’t make us feel relaxed Strange smell in games room and first floor...

"Great stay in clean property with helpful staff. Location isn't too bad as it's only a 10 minute drive into centre of Oxford. Parking bit of a pain as the car park gets very full. Hotel is huge so be prepared to walk a distance to get to your room, only a problem if you are disabled like me. Disabled bays an issue as only 3 available. wasn't impressed with breakfast, it was OK but nothing special. Good facilities and everything you need in your room. We were by the conferences for our stay and their is a funny musty smell in the rooms but this wasn't too strong."
