Room was small but well appointed--high ceilings. Air conditioning was great. Nice bathroom. Clean space. Staff was a surprise--did not think there would be onsite staff. Location was good. Did not have the breakfast. So many choices nearby with fresh food and better prices. The only thing we missed in the room was a place to lay open a suitcase. The shelf/hanging unit was too small and tucked in the corner. Coffee maker and tea kettle were nice but electrical cord did not reach to the outlet without moving the desk a bit. Would have been nice to have a small recycling bin in the room, though there was one in the lobby. Electronic access worked fine. Check in process was extensive (with ID, etc.) but we managed it. Someone without a cell phone would have been out of luck. Overall a good option.

The hotel is beautiful and an amazing location. The breakfast was incredible! We had a really quiet room. The only issue is that our room was supposed to be with two beds. We arrived and there was a playpen in our room (weird) and it was a queen. We asked for two beds but they said they upgraded us to a room with a window so it was just one bed. They did eventually move the playpen. I wish we could have had no window and two beds. I’m not sure where the communication breakdown was but other than that the hotel was fabulous!

Only one problem, and this, unfortunately, is quite a common one for hotels, - no possibility for a window to be open, even a little bit.

I think for the price you pay here there are definitely better options. The rooms are very outdated, although the location was prime.
