"Cottage Inn was a beautiful property overlooking the ocean. It had fire pits to use in the evening , personable staff, comfortable rooms, and in walking or short driving distance to the town of Pismo. I will definitely stay there again. "

"When checking in the there was only one person at the desk and the person they were helping had some issues and before you knew it, the check in line was out the door. The customer being helped had issues with there room assignments yet they made theres online prior to check in so it was frustrating she was holding up the line. I was with kids that were tired and just wanted to get my room key. A gentleman ended up coming to tne front and started helping me but i waited about 10 minutes and the people behind me even longer and it was approximately 430pm so maybe a busy time anyway but one person at the front desk was sort of ridiculous. Other than that the place was beautiful and our stay was great!"

"The “reception” was a joke. A small bowl of macaroni salad one night and queso chips and dip the next night. At Oxford Suites in Oregon they had hot soup and breadsticks both nights!!"
