"The room was clean and had plenty of room for a king room. The bed was super comfortable and the water pressure was great .. we asked for extra towels and they brought them right up. The staff was super pleasant and the whole atmosphere was wonderful. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!"

"I wasn’t expecting the Ritz Carlton, but had hoped for a base level of standard. The building was very far away from the check in area in a sketchy part of town, which didn’t feel great as a single woman traveling alone. The shower looked like athlete’s foot and there were bugs crawling on the pillow. I checked out after a couple of hours and spent the night at SFO instead. You get what you pay for. "

We also really appreciated getting an early check-in, which made our trip much more convenient. The location of the hotel is excellent, it is close to many popular city attractions and there are plenty of great food options nearby. The room was neat, clean, and comfortable, and the common areas were also very well maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to San Francisco. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back again in the future."
