"Gorgeous Hotel. Staff were very friendly. Room although small was very clean and cute. Trolly stop right at the corner that takes you to Ghirardelli Square. I recommend a room on higher floor for a city view. "

"We were lucky enough to have a view of the Golden Gate Bridge and Coit Tower. It’s a great place to visit during the holidays. The speakeasy Eighth Rule lounge was a fun experience. "

"Room was spotless and just as pictured. They staff was absolutely amazing!!! Anything my group needed they made it happen. I was celebrating my birthday and we were enjoying dinner in the hotels restaurant. As we were headed upstairs the guy at the desk asked did I enjoy the dessert. I was confused because I had not ordered a dessert. Once I had made it back upstairs there was a knock on the door. The guy from downstairs had brought me dessert up from the restaurant. He said he asked the chef to give it to me but he accidentally gave it to another table. I said all that to say they really went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone."
