"It’s an older building. I had an issue with the toilet that was repaired in a timely manner, staff was very friendly. The bed was too soft for me but I have this issue with most hotels. One block away from major transit lines which is super convenient. Overall value for price was reasonable and stay was decent."

"Everything about this hotel screams Class! For most parts, everything in the hotel is just that. The food at the lounge is excelent, breakfast buffet is really good and the gym and swimming pool are probably along the best anywhere! All the staff I encountered there were really helpful and accommodating. My only issue was the declining level of cleaning/room service I got, even with leaving a good tip. First day, impeccable; day two, no refill on the coffee; day three, the coffee mugs went missing as well. That's when I stopped using the service. So when asked if I use this hotel again, now instead of saying it is my first choice for this class of hotel, I would say it depends heavily on the price :("
