"Great location and fantastic staff!!!"

"What stood out was the ambiance and our view from our room. Jon our bellman as we arrived was very accomodating, friendly and resourceful. He wouldnt let us help him with our staff. The other guys as we checked out - we waited for him to say something. He expected us to bring him or pass him our luggage. Wow. He wouldnt even come inside and bring out stuff. I had to ask my kids to help me and my husband. smh. Jon was better what a Belldesk staff should do. And yet that young man expected a tip after making us do his job. I swear he looked lazy and felt like making us rush. Room - it was really nice and clean. Furnitures was old and scratched off. Bathroom - I dont recall but it was clean. "

"What stood out to me was the character of the employees,desk staffed 24hrs, which I like and everyone was very professional and polite and seemed happy. As abusiness owner myself and having traveled extensively for a publishing company, morale typically starts at the top and works it's way down so everything was clean, the employees friendly and very affordable and in North Beach the location how can you beat that!"
