Dear Brittny, we are very disappointed reading this review. First of all, you stated to the receptionist that it was your first time travelling alone, so that's the main reason of your insecurity and not the area of the hotel. You did not stay at the hotel enough to have an opinion about the neighborhood since you were shaking from the moment you entered the doorstep. The existence of the police is common in every european capital, especially in the central areas or near main attractions. Your age can justify your feelings but not an untrue review. You claimed that the manager was rude, but you didn't meet the manager - you called after checking out and you asked for a refund. Instead, wehn you started crying out of nowhere, the receptionist was very supportive towards you, sat with you to comfort your concerns and offered you water and a gentle treatmen. Your reservation was non refundable and your own feeling of unsafety is not a reason to be compensated. Regards Sparta Team hotel

Obviously, you didn't bother to have a glance of the policies applied when you made the booking and that's why you are accusing us falsely. "Mandatory fees Pay at property You'll be asked to pay the following charges by the property at check-in or check-out: A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 0.50 per accommodation, per night'' Seconly, we are presenting you are hygiene process which again is mentioned in the website : "This property advises that enhanced cleaning and guest safety measures are currently in place. Disinfectant is used to clean the property; commonly touched surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant between stays; bed sheets and towels are laundered at a temperature of at least 60°C/140°F. Social distancing measures are in place; staff at the property wear personal protective equipment; a shield is in place between staff and guests in main contact areas; guests are provided with hand sanitiser. Each guestroom is kept vacant for a minimum of 24 hours between bookings." This means that we prioritize the cleanliness of our property and evidently you are accusing as falsely. Lastly, there is no statement that we offer a buffet for breakfast. Instead, there is a clear note that the breakfast is optional and continental. Which means a light morning meal that emphasizes simplicity and focuses on foods that can easily be stocked. It mainly consists of pastries and baked goods, toast, and coffee. Additionally, we offer boiled eggs, juice and cake. After all the above, we advise you to read carefully the characteristics of each accommodation before you complete a reservation. Besides, there is constant police patrol in the neighborhood as you may noticed, so there is no need to worry. Dear Bappa, thank you for your comments , however we do not agree with most of your complaints. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned every check out - especially now due to the pandemic issue. The temperature of the A/C is set already but if you needed lower temperature you could have asked from the staff to help you. As for the neighborhood, it is not within our control the outdoors scenery and we can not be blamed for what's happening out of the property. From your words it is evident that you stayed in a dormitory room with others - probably you did not notice the socket beside your bed which is working fine to charge your phone or laptop. Dear guest, your anonymous comments do not let us understand when you stayed at the property or at which period. Evidently, we can not confirm your statements since most of them are totally inaccurate. First of all, we would like to clarify that the hotel is clean and sanitizes - we do have all the necessary certificates to validate this. The whole hotel is equipped with A/C and fans - you could ask for help from the 24h reception if you did not know how to use the A/C in your room. As for the key, it is requested from the staff in order to prevent its loss and apart from that for security reasons. Indeed, the staff members are more than one or two, but every time you enter and ask for a room key, your name is asked as well (we can check it in the hotel system at the same time). We respect your opinion about the safety but this is only your perspective - the hotel is absolutely safe, there are survailance cameras in the whole building and the reception is open 24/7 - plus, there is a security company which is on duty at night hours.
