Loved the concert venue as well as the casino bar with live music. Ordered some appetizers from room service. Most of the chips that came with salsa and guacamole were crushed The hummus platter didn’t come with several items that were listed on the menu .. olives, feta cheese, and banana push Other than that it was a very enjoyable stay

At check in, the agent was difficult to understand. Check in went smoothly but she neglected to give us clear directions to our room. She only told us to go to 2nd floor. We were unaware that we needed to take a second elevator to another tower. We thought we were on the third floor but it turned out that we were on the 31st floor. She did not tell us which floor we were on. A map would have been helpful for 1st time guests. We had to get directions twice from another employee. Housekeeping was ATROCIOUS. A dirty rag was left in our room on the floor. No exchange of glasses or cups were done. Dirty glasses and cups left in room. Ice bucket was not emptied and trash was not emptied. Someone's old and used magazine was left in our room and bathroom sinks were not cleaned. We were EXTREMELY disappointed in the housekeeping for such a beautiful hotel. The only things done were towels were exchanged and tossed on bathroom counter and bed was made. Carpeting in room appeared dirty and was stained.

My first and probably my last time staying in Atlantic City. Checking in, the clerk was extremely rude. Had a bunch of charges that didn’t match my balance on my Expedia app. When I asked him about this he just shrugged and had an attitude. My friends and I also dropped a ton of money at the casinos had issues getting served at slot machines and at the tables. Will never come back and will tell others to stay away. High prices and crappy attitudes from the staff don’t justify a stay here. Long restaurant wait times as well. 2 hours for food at the Hard Rock Cafe when it wasn’t even packed

The hotel is beautiful, however I was not pleased with my room or the tub with no bsr to get out. Expected something different by the atmosphere. As a Hilton owner, this was not an enjoyable stay. All of the food was delicious

It was my first time staying at The Hard Rock Hotel in AC and it was an amazing experience. What stuck out to me most was the genuine care and kindness of the staff. Thess helped me check in and she was amazing! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The hallways smelled so fresh like someone had placed a fragranced plug-in. We also enjoyed their complimentary car wash before we left. I would absolutely stay here again!

Spend the weekend in Hard Rock Cafe for leisure the hotel was clean and well kept. Cons: signs/direction to check-in was small and not easy to find. We had to ask a few people for help. The shower made a loud nose when using hot warm. Day of check out the water stop working twice. The hotel should invest in more dinning options
