"Very convenient property to stay at. Lovely staff. The only thing we didn’t like was that Uber eats or Uber taxi couldn’t get to our hotel because there was construction on the bridge. We figured out the metro that was close by and used that. Also the height of balcony fence was a bit short for younger children in my opinion but still standard. Highly recommend"

"I had an amazing stay at this property! The neighbourhood is calm, quiet, and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Paris. The bus and metro stops are conveniently located right in front, with plenty of lovely cafés nearby. The reception staff were absolutely outstanding—friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and fluent in English. The room was spacious, comfortable, and everything I could have asked for. I’m so happy I found this place! It will definitely be my go-to accommodation every time I return to Paris. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I can’t wait to come back!"

"Absolutely amazing! When it comes to reviews, I’m usually very skeptical about what to believe, so when I read the reviews about this hotel and the package deal, I was honestly blown away. Luckily, I trusted myself and decided to give it a chance—and I’m so glad I did! The flight was smooth, the staff was nice, and the entire experience has been amazing so far. The hotel itself is beautiful, and having a 24-hour concierge at the front desk has made our stay so much easier. Since we don’t speak French, I was worried that getting around and communicating would be difficult, but the staff here has made everything so easy. They have been incredibly helpful, welcoming, and accommodating. They even allowed us to check in early and gave us access to the bar while we waited for our room to be ready, which was such a nice touch after traveling. Those little things really made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood is also lovely! Just be prepared for a LOT of walking because there are quite a few hills, but honestly, it’s worth it. There’s also a market less than 4 minutes away, which is super convenient for grabbing snacks, drinks, or anything else you may need. Overall, this has been a 10/10 experience, and I would absolutely stay here again. I’m so happy I trusted my gut and booked this hotel because it has truly made our first trip to Paris such a great experience! 🇫🇷❤️"
