Great central location and an easy walk with bags from the cruise terminal. Bathrooms are a bit dated (as shown in the pictures) but otherwise a clean and well appointed apartment. Reception staff were very helpful. We stayed over the weekend and the central location means it was a bit noisy on the Saturday night.

2nd time staying here and still great
Clean room and friendly staff. The staffer named Ash even made sure I had the gym card every night so I could go early in the morning. This was my second time staying here and won't be my last!

Well equipped apartment
Apartment really well equipped including dishwasher ( which we didn’t use) washing machine and tumble dryer. Very comfortable and good air con and wifi. Only down side was no warning of the level of street noise and loud music well into the night. It’s a shock the first night but we got used to it by night 3. Very good location for being out and about in Auckland.

Great apartotel with daily housekeeping service. Check in and out was a breeze. Builders ng is quiet and secure. It is a kind of standard furnished apartment what had everything I needed to be comfortable and work while there. Perfect location, basic kitchen, washer/dryer, great AC, and a bonus patio. And, the bed is amazingly comfortable. Great value, it is exactly what you would expect in a furnished corporate apartment kind of environment.

The hotel is close to the wharf and ferries. It was walkable to many areas. There are many options of restaurants close by.

We had never stayed in an apartment hotel before and were most impressed with what it offered for the price. We only stayed one night so didn’t use the laundry, oven or dishwasher, but it was great just to be able to make our own breakfast there. Quest on Queen is right downtown on a busy shopping street and one thing we learned the hard way is that Uber vehicles are not allowed to pick up there - so we’d recommend taking the Supershuttle to the airport if you don’t want the expense of a taxi.

Great apartment for a short stay in Auckland. Really liked having a washer and dryer and everything I could want was in the kitchen. Only real negative was the Auckland night street noise. Was louder than I expected.

Right in the centre of the city: separate bed area, decent cooking facilities, good laundry and bathroom and a sheltered balcony. Clothing wardrobe worked well. We would come back here again for downtown activities. Staff were friendly and informative. Good location for business travellers.

Got there late ( we dont live auckland ) reception was rude . We paid 175 on card to book our room whicj was an extra 175 whkch we didnt have. Kia Ora Kourtney, it has been clearly stated online, that we will require a security deposit for all the bookings thus, the initial 175.00 was pre-authorised on your card when you had confirmed the booking. It was brought to your attention that we will require payment for the booking in addition to the security deposit. The same was explained to you in the numerous emails and phone conversations to you which, you had said that you had never received when you arrived at the hotel, however you had replied to the same which is very contradicting. So, we would request you to check your facts there. During our several phone discussions, you were clearly explained and informed about our policies, terms and conditions even though it is all available online. Since you were reluctant/hesitant to accept the same, you were given the opportunity to cancel the booking without any penalty charges, even though it was out of the cancellation policy. Despite having all the information, you had opted to keep the booking. Upon arrival at the hotel, when asked for the payment, you mentioned that you didn’t have money to pay for the room. You not only treated our staff member very badly but, verbally abused her. This situation has not only resulted in a loss of revenue, because we had to cancel your booking very last minute, in a position which we could not resell the room again, but left us team member in distress. Please be advised that we, under no circumstance, will tolerate or accept this kind of behaviour from anyone.

A very good central position, with shops and cafes near by. A small supermarket across the road. Walking distance to train station, the ferry and attractions. I walked to the Art Gallery and Domain from there easily. It had a washing machine which was appreciated. The only thing missing I can think of offhand was a clotheshorse. This can negate the need to use the drier.

There is no parking on site, not even a drop off and parking is by voucher in a public car park so everything has to be removed to stop break ins, aside from that all was fine although the noise of Auckland goes on until about 3.30 in the morning

Location was great and staff too. The bathroom in particular though was a let down. We were in the city for an event. Lighting was poor for getting ready. Cupboards in the bathroom were swollen with moisture… it was just those sort of details that took away from what could be a great almost retro place.

Perfect location. Well centered in downtown and walkable to all areas of the waterfront. The only downfall was being assigned a room on a lower floor with no view other than an alley and partial roof.

Don’t say on a public holiday as room are not serviced and this is not communicated. This is not the first time I have stayed con Quests app where this has occurred. It is the smallest one bedroom app I have seen. The bedroom doesn’t have storage. The wardrobe is at the front door. Beware short people like me will struggle to use the coat hangers as they are so high. App does have a washer and dryer and dishwasher, there is a veranda but not very pleasant to seat on as our app was flat next to a building so you looked a a dirty wall if you sat on one of the chairs. You had to hang over the balcony to see the street view. The area around and general location is fantastic easy walk to the harbour area and shops and cafes. Parking is an additional cost which you expect in a city. 3 days was $105.
