A little disappointing
We were a little disappointed with the accommodation, granted it was affordable but collecting the key from one destination to then walk with bags to another was an added hassle that I hadn't been expecting and when we got there the apartment was missing some of the essentials i.e. no teabags or milk limited dinnerware, my husband ended up having breakfast out of a pan as there was only 1 small ceramic bowl in the cupboards - and to be fair the room looked as if it had had the quickest of cleans - in fact I'm not sure it was even vacuumed ?? It was Ok for the price but we won't be staying again and I wouldn't recommend it to friends either - sorry I don't enjoy giving a poor review but we were disappointed....

Good location
The location was excellent. Communication with picking up key was terrible, wasted whole morning trying to track down where accommodation was. Not clearly explained. Then sent to various points across the city to try and pick up key. The room itself was good. But the dishes were dirty and had to be cleaned before use. So no would not recommend.

Central Auckland fantastic location
It was a fantastic stay . Room was 100%. very centrally located . very clean . great view. Absolutely no complaints ;-) thank you

Overall a good deal.
The hotel was extremely conveniently located, but there were bags of garbage on the counter when I checked into the room and the refrigerator was completely iced up and I had to defrost it so I could use it. There were no instructions for the washer/dryer unit so I had to go online and find them in order to use it. Oh also the office where you check in is 3 blocks from the room so you have to cart your luggage around downtown. The view from the room was great. The bed was quite comfortable.

Quando você faz a reserva , não é dito que o imovel é um arb&b , voce pensa que está em um hotel. Quando você chega , percebe que não é prestado nenhum serviço por parte do hotel , não tem nem as chaves no local , e você tem que caminhar 3 quadras para conseguir, pode ser debaixo de chuva. Depois o hotel não oferece , guarda volumes ( conforme anunciado pelo hoteis.com) não oferece sequer wi-fi na área comum do hotel. ÑÃO FIQUE NESTE "hotel" . escolha outro . E o site Hoteis.com deveria ser mais criterioso na escolha do que vai oferecer.
