I really enjoyed staying at this motel room but I would recommend calling the hotel if you plan on booking because of the rooftop bar! I spent good money on a room based off of wanting to be up on the roof bar but they had a class reunion up there and it was closed to all the other paying customers! So like I said if you plan on going to this hotel based off of the rooftop bar definitely call in advance cuz I would have gotten a different room if I would have known.

We had to stay 5 nights at the Hyatt House due to a medical emergency in the family. We couldn’t have been happier with the property. The rooms were nice and super clean. The front desk guy David was so nice and helpful with restaurant recommendations and things to do. I would definitely recommend this hotel and if I’m ever back in downtown Augusta I know where I’m staying.

Some sketchiness on the street in the late-night hours (10 and later) but the hotel itself seemed safe and secure. We parked in the hotel multilevel parking garage and that seemed safe. Was really convenient to the downtown area (we were in town for a show at the Imperial Theater) and the complimentary breakfast was THE BEST I have ever had!

Our stay was good. The only problems we had was the room wouldn’t quite get cold enough and the water pressure in the shower was not good at all. Overall a good stay and would most likely return.

We booked this hotel as we wanted to be not too far from the Augusta National and also walkable to restaurants. It fitted the bill perfectly. The hotel is 10 mins easy drive to the course. Hotel parking is super easy and cheap $7 a day. We arrived at 9 pm and got straight out for something to eat. We found some nice places nearby. There are a few boarded up shops but don't let that put you off. The room was comfortable. Not fancy, but perfect for what we needed. Shower and bathroom nice, modern and clean. Housekeeping forgot to do our room even though we asked but it was no big deal. We are capable of making our own bed. There were plenty of towels. If you want breakfast there is a decent selection. Much better than some of the other chain hotels. The staff were all without exception nice and friendly. Which in my book makes a massive difference. If you are going to Augusta, this is a great option.

We love this hotel. My husband and I have stayed here twice in the last two months. Friendly staff and great amenities. The room we had originally reserved was sold out and they gave us a complimentary upgrade!

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good. They gave you a lot of options. When we arrived, the room they gave us was dirty. The garbage was still full and there was food on the carpet and the carpet was filthy. We asked for another room and they gave it to us with no problem. The second room was better.

Very friendly check in. Room was newly remodeled and bed and pillows were comfortable, but the bathroom floor was sticky and something had been spilled/sprayed on the walls. The neighbors were LOUD-not the hotels fault, but the walls are thin. Nice dining options close by. The rooftop bar is pretty. Breakfast was delicious. All and all good for an overnight. I did let management know to deep clean the bathroom.

The property was beautiful, but what we enjoyed best was the hospitality. Every staff member we met was so nice and helpful. They have a wonderful bar by the lobby with great drinks and some good food options. Plus the bartender is a delight.

This is my 1 of my favorite hotels in Augusta. I love the suit that has the living room with 2 bedrooms. Very convenient when traveling with children or 2 couples

The hotel was right close to everything and spotless on the inside and in the parking garage. I felt very safe with their room key system. Staff were friendly and gave recommendations. The bed was BY FAR the most comfortable bed in a hotel room I’ve ever slept in. Would definitely stay again if the need arises!

I was there for a family funeral and wanted to stay somewhere near the rest of the family. I enjoyed my stay and the only reason I didn't give the cleanliness 5 stars was the baseboards in the the bathroom needed a little attention. I would definitely stay there again when I have to go home. Oh and the breakfast selection was EXCELLENT!

Our family booked a room for a week while watching a relative in a hospital ICU nearby. Several of us cycled in and out of the room during this process, and all of us were very happy with Hyatt House. It was very convenient, had nice facilities, and best of all a kind and professional staff. The parking in their garage was very easy and made our group of (mostly) women feel safe, especially since we were coming and going at odd hours. As may be expected in a downtown area, there are homeless encampments nearby, so if you are leery of that beware. The flip side of that is that the downtown area appears the be going through a process of revitalization, and there are neat shops and restaurants nearby as well. (Shoutout to Farmhaus for delicious burgers) We feel very fortunate to have booked this jewel for our stay, and a fraught family situation was made easier by having a clean reliable place staffed by kind people to return to between shifts at the hospital.

Being Dec 24th, I booked this room for my son and daughter in law since our house is small. They were visiting for Christmas. When I went to check-in @ 1:00 PM, the lady at the front desk was very rude. I know the place was not full because the rates were too cheap. I was trying to help my son and check in early. The lady said I couldn't and there would be a $25 early check in fee. In September, my wife and I had a horrible stay in Atlanta at the Hyatt. I might be done with Hyatt! Treat me like this and I may be one person, but I'll do my part to let folks know that Hyatt apparently doesn't want my business.

Along with the few complaints mentioned in my Check-in review there were another issue developed afterwards...Controlling the temperature in the room. It was told that it's automatically set and it could not be changed. Then the mini fridge did not work. Unfortunately this Hyatt location will not be apart of my future plans...praying & hoping that their other locations are much better and willing to accommodate the guest(s)

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. The problems were with the condition of the room. The base of the vanity was falling apart. There was visible water damage and mold on the wall outside the shower. There was a horrible smell coming from the shower drain our last night and when we woke up the next morning there was pieces of wet toilet paper in the floor of the shower and around the drain, which led us to believe that sewage came up through the drain. We were on the 7th floor so not sure how that happened. I have to mention breakfast. We only tried it the first morning of our three night stay. The scrambled eggs were dry and crumbly, the hashbrowns tasted like cardboard, and the sausage was made from some sort of spongy mystery meat. I read reviews before booking this hotel. It’s shocking to me that the majority of them were so good. We will be staying at the Crowne Plaza our next visit.
