"All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable, although it would have been nice to have a drawer or two for storing clothes, etc. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is within easy walking distance of many museums, restaurants, shops and public transportation. The breakfast buffet is excellent with plenty of choices to suit any taste."

"We found the laminate floors a it dusty and dirty. The walss were quite dirty and marked up by scuffs; the walls really need a paint job. The telephone never did work (no power cord) and the staff had no interest in getting that working. We were told to come down if we needed something."
