"Fantastic stay. Wonderful and very friendly staff, who went above and beyond with everything we needed. Incredibly delicious and varied breakfast buffet. Rooms were great if a bit dark, beds comfortable. We did get a bit hot, as the A/C was not fantastic, and it was middle of summer. Really well located, across the street from Parque del Retiro. Overall would highly recommend it."

"Great hotel in good location. Right across from Sevilla metro. Rooms very well appointed and all amenities including a nespresso machine. One of the best breakfasts I have had in madrid. Staff are polished and everyone says good morning. Woujd highly recommend if you can get a good price "

We were upgraded to nice room, excellent service, rooms very nice and clean, amazing bathroom and very nice shower. They cleaned our room everyday. We were very happy with our stay and definitely recommend! "
