Best Western, Austrias hotels

Excellent Hotel. Great Location on the Gran Via. Quiet and cool lobby located just next to Victoria’s Secret. Room is spacious. Bathroom is spacious and clean and everything works well. Walking distance to the sights. Jogging distance to the parks - El Retiro, Parc del Oueste. Roof top bar has a nice ambience and view. Only downside is Lift is small and there is only one. Enjoyed the stay.

Property is in a good safe area, walking distance from the main shopping street and attractions. Also one of the main metro lines is nearby. Property is also very well equipped with facilities like gym, laundromat etc.

What a wonderful upgrade we received upon arrival! We had a lovely serviced apartment with facilities for cooking and washing up - as a result of which we enjoyed some exxellent dinners 'at home' (for that's what it felt like, with a view of the Royal Palace all lit up just opposite us!). The location was excellent and we were able to walk to all the major attractions during our five full days in Madrid. Location was great. V close to plaza major and san miguel market and shops on one side, and the the other side walkable to Gran Via shopping streets.

Very centralise located walking distance to metro, attraction and f&b outlets within. Next to hotel is a 24hrs supermart covered basic needs.

Nice hotel in front the palace. A lot of eateries around the hotel. Very recommended if you want visit Madrid.
