Staff was not friendly . No housekeeping . Bathroom didn’t have shower gel or conditioner . Room had a funny smell . They don’t provide guests with water .

Lots of deferred maintenance: missing or burned out lightbulbs. Hallways needed closer vacuuming. Housekeeping in room was inconsistent - clean towels? Made bed? Toilet paper?4 Staff was always friendly - no or little English.

Overall loved our room with a view, beautiful place, our bathroom shower wall was a little dirty but ran the shower for a bit to make sure everything was cleaned before use

Property was very nice. Close to everything like coffee shops, restaurants, cafes, beach access, bars. Everything is close by. Room was small but nice and cozy. Clean. Nice friendly staff. Overall a good experience. Would stay against.

This hotel is close to many bars and restaurants. Although my bed was comfortable the sheets looked like they weren't washed because they had stains all over them. The water pressure in the bathroom shower is a joke and i had to run the sink to get hot water because it was taking forever to get hot water take a shower. Online says complimentary breakfast. I was told new owner nixed that. The room it's self was clean.

We like the outdoor patio area and the fireplace in the room. Additional pillows on the bed and bigger towels would have been nice, but the room was okay as is.

Nice location! staff was attentive and helpful. the rooms were nice but was missing a microwave at the room. Bed sizes were good but the mattress were a bit hard. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Very nice rooms! We were on the corner room which was kind of loud by the street. Shower was very very small. Staff was friendly and it was in a great location by coffee shops and cafes.

Never again.
Verbally told room to be ready 1 PM, was at 4 PM Smelled of mold, not very clean... ie spider web on corner of bed. Airing out didn't help. Alternative room offered and was worse! Offered to let us go somewhere else but it's up to us to collect $ back from front money. Hotel was not even the one we reserved but was another property with the same owner! Pictures on website were copied from one site for the other! Was up 4 flights of stairs w/o elevator.
