"First off, the name of the property is not visible so it was hard to find the place. The room was not in good condition. There were little insects on the bed, in the furniture, on the walls, and in the bathroom sink area. The bathtub definitely needs to be replaced it looks pretty old and dirty. The shower did not work! there was no water pressure. The air condition was making a lot of noise (imposible to sleep). There was stains of who knows what on almost every wall. "This apartment was a beautiful place to stay. I love the private patio area and that it was ocean view. I didn’t like that the water pressure to the shower was very low, it was barely dripping so that was really frustrating having to use the shower in the unit. I would also recommend that since there were no room cleaning they should at least have access to a washer and dryer so you can have clean sheets and towels throughout your stay. "

"The shows were good, and the pool choices were good. The only thing I would change is the After Dark club. Seems to need to be a little bigger and maybe due for a remodel. The service was great and everyone did have a good time! I had a good time as well! So, go have some fun!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this resort and really enjoyed our vacation. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The food exceeded our expectations. The buffet had a great variety, and the specialty restaurants were excellent. We especially enjoyed the Brazilian, Italian, Sushi, and Mexican restaurants, which felt very high quality. We booked several excursions, and the tour companies picked us up directly from the hotel. Since our resort was one of the first pickup locations, we had to stay on the bus while they stopped at several other hotels. It made the group tours a little longer, but it wasn’t a major issue. One of the highlights of our trip was walking along the beach around 9 p.m. and watching sea turtles come ashore to lay their eggs. It was truly one of the most beautiful and unforgettable experiences of our lives. The only reason I’m not giving the resort a perfect score is that the entertainment could be better. There were not many shows or activities, especially in the evenings. Adding more live performances, games, and entertainment would make the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we had an amazing vacation and would definitely recommend this resort. With a little more entertainment, it would be absolutely perfect!"

"We had a really good time, I am going to do pros and cons but before that, I would like to thank couple of people, Rommel from concierge who made our stay great and waiter Atilano from blue agave restaurant, who gave us such a good service and in return only wanted us to give the hotel a good review if we liked the service. Both are excellent employees who care about customers. Pros: Property is posh and high end, you will not regret the money you spent. Great food, plenty of variety in food and getting a booking is not too bad. Good pools to choose from, the kids pool has slides which kids enjoy. The package with sunset tour and concierge is totally worth it. Cons: I booked king but got a double bed, I expect to get what I book and don't like last min surprises for long stays. The room got hot! The thermo said 68 but at night it definitely got higher, they said they will have maintenance check it, but didn't'' happen during our stay. The pools are two sizes, one is deeper, 5ft-ish other is for kids which is may be 3 feet. They need a pool in between for kids, they are still in the small pool and cant go to 5 feet. I am giving it a 4 star and not a 5 because I asked for coffee and water the last day, I called 3 times, but it never came. I expected better and this was a disappointing, which was otherwise really good service. Overall, I would surely recommend this place, I am leaving this feedback for the hotel to read and fix some of the things that could be fixed."
