Even though we are not hall of fame or members they treat us like we are. Thanks so much to Tacho, Willy, Tony, Angel, and Edwin. Jesus ( the smaller guy) was our server by the pool and he was great! "We have been to this resort many times and love it. While they have great food, clean rooms, and beautiful grounds, the thing that stands out the most is the service. As soon as we got there, Fernando granted us and took us to check in. He is a person and is so very welcoming. Then at the club tower, Emmanuel and the rest of the staff are wonderful. They make you feel part of the family. Then out by the pool, Judith and Carlos helped to make every day great. We’ve been to many resorts and this is by far our favorite! "
