"Room was cleaned every morning and night. Re stocked all towels, cleaned bathroom and re stocked all fridge items. Games staff were all so nice and always were hyping the guests up to play games and activities. Adrian, mark, and elicio were all fan favourites from our young group and were definitely a key part to our trip"

A pesar de estar en Remodelacion para el mejoramiento Y Comodidad para nosotros los Huespedes esta muy bueno todo. Todo el equipo De trabajadores saben manejar bien la Situacion para que Eso no Sea Inconveniente Ninguno. La verdad lo recomiendo muchisimo. "This was my first solo trip and this hotel made me feel safe, at ease, and relaxed. It's absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Not the loud noise that you hear in Cancun which i understand but it was the perfect getaway from the city life. Beautiful views, sunsets and sunrises... activities by the pool and the excursions are amazing. I was treated like a VIP guest and it was just little old me... highly recommend it "

"Absolutely loved this resort. First time and will be returning. 5 night 6 day stay and we felt like we could definitely have stayed more and not got bored. Soo many activities for the kids to do. It’s a good sized resort furthest thing from you will be a 7 minute walk. Not too big nor too small. Kids had a blast and always something to do. Coffee was great. (Virgin) drinks were great! A heady amount of vegetarian options available. The gym was well equipped for any of your workout needs. Samantha lead a rebounding class and BOY was it challenging. Zenia lead Zumba and we worked up a sweat! Rained for a day during our stay and we didn’t feel it because of all the other activities available. Kids club did a fantastic job at keeping the kids occupied. Haven’t even returned home and I had to get this review in. Such a great experience 10 out of 10."
