"Clean room, refreshed towels everyday, everywhere is clean, the resorts are well maintained. Food were really good. Hard to get reservations at aakat, reserve as soon as you checked in. We truly enjoyed our stay. I just wished the internet free for every device you have. But all in all , we will defimitely be back. "

"I booked the resort for 5 days. Once I arrived I decided to upgrade to the Privileges package. I was assigned to Claudia. She went above and beyond with helping me book restaurants and also helped my get a cable for my computer I left at home. She was an outstanding help during my stay. The food was excellent, ala carte restaurants were perfect. Tapanyaki, Brazilian BBQ and the Privilages restaurant. All food and services were on par for a 5 star resort. I would recomend this resort to anyone wanting to visit Puerto Morales. It was also a $6 USD Uber downtown to see a little more of the sights. "

"The food is incredible compared to other resorts, à la carte restaurants first come first serve no reservation needed and you will always be seated. The staff is so friendly, kind and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and clean. Beautiful beach, and a lot of places on the resort to lounge. If you’re looking for a destination for pure relaxation, and great food, this is the spot! "
