Hotel Riu Palace Kukulkan - Adults Only - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"The property, rooms and amenities of the hotel are incredible. The service is out of this world. If you want to forget about everything for a few days and relax don't hesitate, just book. The only BIG downside was the amount of seaweed in the beach (this was in August). They did what they could but some days it was just impossible to swim in the sea."

"I like the fact you could meet with representatives to book tours at the hotel. The activities every night. Hotel staff very friendly. We had several very small issues they were fixed immediately. Shout out to the manager she was wonderful. Would recommend this resort !"
