Probably the best service I have ever had at a at an all inclusive resort. Jonathan for the entertainment was exceptional!! Juan at breakfast was extremely accommodating!! The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and the A/C kept it nice and cool all day and night! The activity at the party pool was Excellent! The service was very good as well as the food and drinks. The breakfast cooks angel, and Patricio were awesome. The entertainment at the poll was very good. I would recommend this resort to my family and friends.

Everything about Sun Palace is amazing. This was our third visit, and we brought friends. We love having the ability to visit other Palace Resorts during our stay. The room service food stands out to me. It was just as good as the food in the restaurants. We are definitely looking forward to our 4th visit!!
