"We had a wonderful time at are stay at the Dream sands resort. Weather was wonderful and the resort was beautiful and clean! The people did everything they could to make the stay absolutely perfect! Will definitely consider going back. They also had wonderful entertainment during the day and at night!"

"The staff were fantastic. They all were friendly, attentive, willing to please. The food was better than expected, the spa was beautiful and the grounds were kept immaculate. Our butler Carlos was in touch with us everyday and made sure we had anything we requested. The vibe at the hotel was chill with a some cool fun thrown in. We will be back, very soon!! The only issue, and it’s not the resort’s fault, is the sargassum on the beach. They do try their best to remove it daily but the influx is relentless this time of year."

" Our stay at this hotel was wonderful! The property is beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. The staff were always kind, polite, and helpful. I’d like to give special recognition to Roberto, who works at the poolside restaurant — he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always greeted us with a big smile. Also, Guadalupe, who makes the omelets at breakfast, was very pleasant and welcoming every morning. The overall service and quality of the hotel are excellent. The only downside was the issue with the restaurant reservation app — it didn’t work during our stay, and we were only able to secure one dinner reservation with the help of the manager (thanks to Roberto’s support). Also, our room wasn’t cleaned for one night, which was a bit disappointing. Despite these minor issues, we truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel has great potential, and I believe the service will continue to improve. I would definitely come back! "
