"Location is good, for Cancun. A Michelin star restaurant 20 minutes walk one way and downtown Cancun 10 minutes the other. We didn’t realise until too late that there was a free shuttle bus to the beach (needs to be highlighted better). Therooms were very clean, the staff were very nice. The breakfast was very good. The amenities were good. We had a very nice stay, thank you. "

La recepcionista me dijo que la reservacion incluye 2 hijos, yo la dije que no van a quedarse con nosotros, van a quedarse con su abuela en otro hotel. En respuesta, la recepcionista me dijo, que no nos puede dar las llaves, tenemos que traer los hijos. la pedi numero de su gerente, me mostro un numero en un anuncio, yo llame este numero, pero la persona colgo la llamda 5 veces. Al final, teniamos que salir de alla y quedarse en un otro hotel. Me gustaria un refund por favor."

"Beautiful hotel and a safe and secured new Marina area. the rooms are very spacious and modern and well equipped. Breakfast was served either inside or on the terrace overlooking the ocean. Nice pool and beach access with the beach club and food and drink service. I’ll definitely recommend the hotel."

"Great food, relaxing area, we went with our kids of 1,3, and 6 and they had a lot of fun in their water park. The arcade little spot can use a lot of work though. Best and nicest cleaning staff I’ve ever seen in a hotel. "
