"Room was spacious and comfy, beautiful sea view. Food was overall mid & limited, the only thing you can get what you really want as many times as you want is the buffet. The restaurants that were included into the package stated you can only get one item on the menu. Drinks were mostly juice, unless u get shots."

"Staying at this hotel is truly an amazing experience. From around noon until after midnight, there are various activities and programs, so you never feel bored. Most of the events have a sexy and playful theme, but they don’t create any discomfort for guests; everyone can enjoy them in whatever way they feel comfortable. The buffet food was average and acceptable, but the restaurant meals were truly excellent. It seems the hotel underwent a major renovation less than 10 years ago, but in my opinion, it could use another update, as some areas of the hotel and the rooms feel quite outdated."

"This was a sub par stay for me maybe because I stayed during the week. Drinks at the bar were basic - the Lotus restaurant was disgusting. The Steak house was better but still just ok. Room service options are ok. Overall if you’ve never really been anywhere or experienced all inclusive, this is a basic start. If you’re traveling with kids this would be ideal - the kids amenities are decent. "

"Excellent smaller resort. Great food with fun swim up bar and activities. The beautiful pools had a gorgeous ocean view and beach was also great to lounge at with great service. No hoarding of beach chairs at 6am! Perfect location from downtown Cancún and the airport. The staff was exceptional in every area!"
