"This resort is in dire need of renovation. The room was basis. The couch had stains. No shower door to prevent water from getting everywhere. The toilet had low pressure. Took at least 3 flushes to get anything down. The pool looked nice. The restaurant was pretty good. Just slow service. This resort is primarily for Spanish speaking guests. It was low cost. Not all inclusive. "

"Food was delicious with lots of variety. Very well kept property and buildings. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. TV reception was poor and bed linens could have been upscaled, but not a deal breaker. I would return anytime."

"Property is nice but does t offer much on excursions. Very small beach and water is also dirty in this side of Cancun. Food choices are limited. It’s like food court with all restaurants in one line. $200 credit offered by Expedia/ resort is a joke. You have to spend $200 to avail $40 and so on. Don’t book through Expedia if getting same rate elsewhere, their customer service is horrible "

"Very good resort and stay for their rates Huge area Various amenities Nice pools Not that great beach, although very accessible, but needs a lot of work, NO CLEAR WATER!! Many restaurants and options, food is fine, Cancun quality anyway! Best option if you are traveling through expedia, you will get all the perks your are promised and for free. Brenda (supervisor) at check in and check out, was the best ever!!!!"

"The staff was super kind and helpful. We thought the food was good, not sure what other reviewers complained about. The property is 20 years old so you notice a little wear and tear but most of all it was great. Rooms were spacious for family of 4. Our only complaint was they do try to upsell a lot and join infinity group or buy spa services. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I would recommend for families."
