"My boyfriend and I had the ocean view king suite and it was huge! Super clean. Everyone was super friendly including Jose. He kept the vibes up and was truly an amazing soul! I enjoyed the food at each restaurant. 10/10 for me. We cannot wait to go back! "

"Overall we had a great time, I would say the lack of availability at the restaurants was very disappointing leading us stuck to eat at buffet many times where we did not want to. Buffet was difficult to find good food that would satisfy hunger. Lots of carbs not enough protein options. Ended up eating salad most of our stay. When we did get a chance to eat at the Italian restaurant food was phenomenal. To make reservations for any restaraunt you had to wait in a line in the lobby for three hours only to be told there are only 20 available spots in total so you wait for no reason and waste your day. All I’m saying is for the price, the food makes sense. Overall the views and location was perfect room was nice and comfy bed. "

"The staff make the experience. It started at drop off with the bell staff and the reception team. All are so helpful and sincerely kind. Gonazalo and his female counterpart doing all of the activities did such a great job with volleyball and other fun activities for the adults. It was so easy to stay healthy. Diana in the gym did a great job with classes. Adrian and Wendi, and ALL of the outdoor staff- deserve HUGE shout outs. Dani for the cabanas was really looking out for us. In the spa all of the ladies in the hydrotherapy area were great and Liliana, my massage therapist was phenomenal. The Spices team and Brandon the room butler went above and beyond for Mother’s Day with a customized photo in our latte foam. So cool! The Sportsbar staff were so patient with a lot of drunk adults. "

"Very disappointed at this hotel, don’t even believe the 9.2 rating, it’s short staffed, no waitress at the beach, no good amenities, room for some reason u can’t open the balcony doors or the floors will get wet, (condensation they said ) never seen it happen in any other hotel, restaurant by the pool open at 11am and closes at 3pm, can’t say anything staff will get mad at you, it’s just soo much bad for this hotel, would never recommend to anyone."
