"We had a very good time. The room and view were nice. The pools were great, with options for vibe. We had the elite package so had the use of a more tranquil pool which was definitely nice. The food was good overall but we ultimately liked just going to the buffet over the restaurants. We did room service too and that was nice. Having all the drinks was good. Definitely somewhat of a social/party atmosphere but we could get away if we wanted to and it didn’t really interfere with what we went for. Overall, I enjoyed it as my first all-inclusive. "

We missed the hotel having a sauna and a rec room Snack bar had old food many times Lunch and diner had some old food some times as well No fruits for dessert on diner No jelly nor warm milk for breakfast Poor, very poor bread options on breakfast while you offer a lot of options on diner and lunch, this just does not make sense We had a horrible experience at the italian restaurant, terrible service I hope you improve because I would certainly stay there again"

"We went there with our whole family, including adults and children. For an additional fee they were able to give us a qualified nanny for our youngest child. It was absolutely the best thing ever! Activities, galore! The food was out of sight! And the hospitality absolutely unbeatable. The rooms were very nice. Pools were great, beach access was perfect And the bars were fantastic! Would 100% go back."
