"This hotel met all the expectations. Our family typically stay at the Riu but we decided to try something new. We were very impressed with their food, service, and ease when scheduling an event. We celebrated my aunts 50th bday and Viri was easy to work with. She had everything ready for us and they assigned 3 of the best waiters to help deliver a great experience. We were a group of 25 and when I say everyone was happy just shows what a great resort this was."

"We purchased the all inclusive option. Overall a great experience. Great service from beginning to end. Clean rooms, attentive staff and beach was cleared daily of seaweed. Food was delicious and buffet had options for the entire family. Family friendly, plenty of activities for the kids. Vests and noodles are provided. I will add that the all inclusive does not include all alcohol or food items and restaurants. We asked for a Corona beer and were told that beer was not included in our package. Were provided Dos X instead as the alternative.. we did enjoy Margaritas, Mojitos which were all great. While dining at the restaurants the items not included are clearly marked as well. Just adding this for awareness, but It did not take away from the experience as the rest of the options were just as delicious. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel in the future."

"This resort is the one & only resort I’ve reviewed on here just because I feel like it deserves the hype! Staff was always so wonderful, kind, & helpful. The whole resort is STUNNING & so clean. We did the Elite club which was worth it to us for the private pool & cabana. The drinks were TOP NOTCH. By far the best inclusive resort I’ve been to!"

"The resort was great!! The shower in our room could have been upgraded as it was really rusty and the water wasn't hot at all. The staff also didnt restock our beverages daily or sweep the floors but they did make the bed and changed the towels. The restaurants were amazing and the staff were really friendly and helpful!!"
