"The property is very convenient as most restaurants and shop at one level. The staff is just amazing, from the welcoming to the check out, we were absolutely happy and we felt very welcomed. We got a room with a terrace and it was spacious and with great views. The food is absolutely amazing and so many choices. We loved the convenience of the shops including a Starbucks. The bartenders were great. Oh and we loved all the activities and shows they have. This place has us at 10/10 great job, we will be back."

"Room were dated but clean. Food was hit or miss but the stuff that was good was great. Loved the sports bar and Mexican restaurant, pool side service was always good. The needing your card for every time you ordered including all inclusive was annoying but manageable. Whats the point of a wrist band? We had the 2 bedroom and it was great. Small enough resort the kids were confident in navigating. "

"The staff was amazing - everyone was so helpful. The grounds were beautiful. and there was always an open chair on the beach or at the pool. We took a tour of the Hyatt Unlimited Vacation Club, and we are now proud owners! If you tour in Cancun at the Vine - make sure to ask for Bernie - he not only got us a great deal, but got us a ton of extras for buying in. All in all - it was a great trip!"
