"I would not stay there again if the hotel offered a week for two and airfare. The room was awful: next to noisy utility rooms (pipes pinging) and cleaning staff staging point - show up around 6:30. Air conditioner sounded like unbalance washing machine. No sound proofing. Evening activities at lobby bar very loud. Hear people partying in the early morning hours. High pressure sales on a travel club ($499/yr.) Don't do it."

"My boyfriend and I had the ocean view king suite and it was huge! Super clean. Everyone was super friendly including Jose. He kept the vibes up and was truly an amazing soul! I enjoyed the food at each restaurant. 10/10 for me. We cannot wait to go back! "

"Very disappointed at this hotel, don’t even believe the 9.2 rating, it’s short staffed, no waitress at the beach, no good amenities, room for some reason u can’t open the balcony doors or the floors will get wet, (condensation they said ) never seen it happen in any other hotel, restaurant by the pool open at 11am and closes at 3pm, can’t say anything staff will get mad at you, it’s just soo much bad for this hotel, would never recommend to anyone."

"Many restaurants and bars were closed. Food at buffet not so good. But breakfast is good love the egg guy! Have been there many times and was a little disappointed but still had a good time. "

"At the checkout they charge me $207. Because one of those nights during my sleep I get bleeding nose and I got dirty pillow and sheets . I felt so bad what I did but I left a good tips for cleaning people.On the end I got nice surprise $207. None excuse. They told me I already signed the papers when I checked in. Never again."

"The resort itself is very nice. Pools and property kept very clean, staff very attentive and the food, especially at the restaurants was excellent. I had an ocean front room in the center section; very nice. Had to be moved 2 times during a 4 night stay. Room was very humid but thought AC turned up. AC would not cool, stayed very humid. Thermostat was also broken. Female mgr saw it flash on/off on its own & temp changed! Had to move. Some rooms have an AC system that needs more coolant added or the coils may need cleaned. Sheets, loveseat, lamp shade over table and part of the floor had visible moisture you could see and feel. Fortunately concierge, Allen, was outstanding with helping me through the issues. Rooms 4009 and 5010 both. He also helped with getting maintenance to fix the shower handle in room 5010. Handle would not turn far enough to allow cold water to mix. Allen took pics and saw everything I mentioned first hand. I have no intention on 'trashing' the resort on social media in any way but the AC issue was really bad and the cleaning crew needs to be more educated on looking for these issues and reporting problems. If they are reporting issues, shame on management for not doing their job. Spending 1 night in room 4009 and 2 nights in room 5010 was quite over bearing and uncomfortable, AC issues. Draining the AC pan in room 5010 did not help. Had to move again. couldn't take it anymore with the humidity. Sheets very damp, floor wet! Again, not good! "

"I absolutely love the Hard Rock in Cancun! The staff is so friendly and always willing to assist in any way with positive attitudes. The bar has a great selection of top shelf drinks. The live music every night is a plus. Finished early so if you’re kinda old like me you get to bed at a decent time. Room service is included in the all inclusive so it’s nice to order a coffee or green juice and sit on the balcony and take in the view! It’s kid friendly but not too many kids to drive you crazy lol. I’ve been here 3 times and loved it every time! The only thing I would say that was unfortunate is the jacuzzi’s in the room don’t really look that clean so I don’t really go in them to enjoy. Also although they have many options of food and restaurants, the food is just ok. But other than that I love it! "
