"We loved our stay at Riu Ventura! Came for my 30th birthday with my husband. From check in to check out the service was always great and we did not have to wait too long for the restaurants they offered. Didn't love the Italian restaurant but everything else was pretty good even the buffet had lots of choices! The best part was all the different pool options and the beach views! We got to enjoy both pool and ocean side by side and there were always activities for all ages throughout the resort even through the evening. I would definitely come back!"

"My boyfriend and I had the ocean view king suite and it was huge! Super clean. Everyone was super friendly including Jose. He kept the vibes up and was truly an amazing soul! I enjoyed the food at each restaurant. 10/10 for me. We cannot wait to go back! "

"Everything about this place was amazing! 10/10 experience. The staff went above and beyond and the service was honestly wow from beginning to end. The room was clean, the atmosphere was beautiful, and everyone made us feel so welcomed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting. Perfect for families and such a relaxing experience overall! The only thing I would improve is the beach cabana reservation system. It would be much more convenient if guests could reserve the beach cabanas in advance instead of having to go in person the same day to request one."

"Very disappointed at this hotel, don’t even believe the 9.2 rating, it’s short staffed, no waitress at the beach, no good amenities, room for some reason u can’t open the balcony doors or the floors will get wet, (condensation they said ) never seen it happen in any other hotel, restaurant by the pool open at 11am and closes at 3pm, can’t say anything staff will get mad at you, it’s just soo much bad for this hotel, would never recommend to anyone."

"Visited May, 2026. This property is well maintained, the hotel grounds is clean, likewise, my room was clean with good amenities, I stayed in building C and had a partial sea view. The pools are well maintained and kids friendly. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Easy access to public transport and convenience stores are a couple minutes walk away. The food and drink were ample, the restaurant staff was very attentive and there was a wide variety of food, the taste was in the better side, I liked Fasano restaurant, the Italian restaurant was okay, but for me the Italian food had a little too much pepper, it was Italian with a Mexican twist, the hotel is on the beach, but the sargassum seaweed hinders the beach experience, overall I will stay here again, its good value for money and very kids friendly, its a good family spot"

"At the checkout they charge me $207. Because one of those nights during my sleep I get bleeding nose and I got dirty pillow and sheets . I felt so bad what I did but I left a good tips for cleaning people.On the end I got nice surprise $207. None excuse. They told me I already signed the papers when I checked in. Never again."

"Marriott Cancun All-Inclusive is a beautifully fully renovated resort. The rooms are renovated with a clean modern esthetic. There are multiple all-inclusive restaurants that serve different cuisines; all delicious. The property is extremely well kept and clean throughout. The beach is outstanding and the water is warm. And the staff throughout the resort from the front desk, restaurants, bartenders and cleaning staff are truly exceptional."
