"I had an incident where the elevator doors malfunctioned and slammed shut on me and would not release. My left arm was severely bruised and hurt. I went to the front desk and they offered me chocolates and an ambulance to the hospital. I declined as I did not want to go to a hospital in Mexico. It took a few days for them to fix the elevator and every time I went into it, I was afraid it was going to close on me again. The elevator doors had closed on a friend of mine a day before, for the rest of this holidI was afraid to go into the elevator, and since I was on the upper level of the hotel to. I asked for an incident report and basically it said they offered me some hydrotherapy which I took, which was not great and completely useless for me. They offered me dinner, but basically it was the same dinner I would’ve gotten anyway it was just in a different room. Honestly, I felt like they just didn’t care and I was a nuisance. several times I asked for an incident report and what they gave me was was a paper with something written about offering me a special dinner. I don’t really know what I expected, but I expected to be cared about a bit more than that. I will never visit this hotel again a really disappointing holiday. The music was very, very loud and nonstop from morning till night, girls that were dressed like strippers danced at the pool for way too long and the music was just so aggressive, even though other people asked for a change of music. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. I travelled with my two kids, and it was a great experience for all of us. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was very good. We tried several restaurants—La Luce and the Teppanyaki were excellent, and the Teppanyaki was especially fun for the kids. This is a great option for families, with a safe atmosphere and great amenities. The pools were a highlight, especially the warmer southern pool for kids. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. However, housekeeping could be improved, as the room was not fully cleaned daily and mostly only the towels were changed. Despite this, we would happily come back."

"The property itself was clean and well maintained. Staff was incredibly friendly and we got excellent service. Truly impressed by the pool staff. They were busting drinks and food back and forth all day. Most of the food was good. The main buffet left a lot to the imagination. One of the five of us did get pretty bad food poisoning from one of the restaurants. All in all it was a great trip and we would be back again, we would just avoid salad as that seemed to be the factor in the food poisoning."
