"Even though the resort is still under construction it won’t stop you from having fun! The biggest part that’s still under construction would be the kids pool area with the slide and lazy river, so if that isn’t a deal breaker I highly suggest this resort. All the restaurants were amazing, we loved the cafe for quick bites/midday snacks like pizza, baked goods, fruits in to go containers, and all your hot and cold drinks! We loved their iced mocha and they also had oat milk and other milk alternatives. Hana, Casa Madre, and Ono Teppanyaki were all amazing, with such great cocktails too! I’m not into alcoholic drinks but the special ones they served at each restaurant were too good to pass, and we had several rounds of each! We went for my sister’s bachelorette party and there were 11 of us! Despite us being a huge group, we never had to wait long for a table! At Casa Madre, they even set up a private patio to have our dinner! Also, if you’re chilling by the pool make sure to order their mixed ceviche, ITS AMAZING, and part of the all-inclusive. The poolside menu was a little confusing because it had a fine print saying if there’s a price beside the menu item then it wouldn’t be part of the all-inclusive. However, I called the front desk to ask what exactly was included and the poolside bites were included. So I guess the one downside would be the menu, it might deter other people from getting their all-inclusive experience and they might miss out on certain things."

"The food was great. A lot of options at the buffet and lots of fresh seafood options. Breakfast buffet, lunch buffet changes each day and nightly has themes. The dinner restaurants are fun to try. The poolside lunch options had a good variety. The pools were great and facing the ocean. Our room was dark and quiet at night. We didn’t really do any events or activities besides eating and swimming and going to the beach. Would recommend. It’s kid friendly but not overly kid oriented. "

"Food was amazing and room was spacious and clean. I dropped my bracelet into some hole in the washroom area so I called the office around 11:30pm. And someone immediately came to my room with tools and found my bracelet. I was happy with everything at this hotel. Infiniti swimming pool was awesome too. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"We traveled with 5 kids and this place was just amazing, everything close, not a lot of walking to everything , beach front , 2 big pools , entertainment every night .. only small thing is that at peak times there is a line to get to the buffet but moves fast . We loved it !!!will be happily go back "
