"Staff were all friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Check in was very easy. Nice location, directly on the beach. Recommend a room with balcony overlooking the ocean. Two small caveats. First, bring your own shampoo and soap for the shower. The soap and shampoo provided didn't offer much lather and was difficult to pump due to the bracket that held them. Second, be cautious about additional charges for featured products. We ate at the Italian restaurant and received an extensive wine list. However, the cost for those wines was NOT included in the all inclusive room price. Similarly, there were dinner "specials" (tomahawk steak, seafood platter) that are an additional cost. Be cautious when anything special is offered, ask if there is an additional cost. Overall, it was a wonderful, comfortable, and clean place to stay,"
