"There was no water in the toilet one night of our stay, the sink and flush. Hard to make reservations at the restaurants. But staff are wonderful, willing to help. My pick up to airport didn’t show up, Benitez and the front door person helped me and call the MTS, but I ended up using taxi, otherwise we will not make it to our flight."
