They can also hold your luggage if you arrive before check in time. I recommend this hotel if you're traveling solo or with a group. "

"Location is good, for Cancun. A Michelin star restaurant 20 minutes walk one way and downtown Cancun 10 minutes the other. We didn’t realise until too late that there was a free shuttle bus to the beach (needs to be highlighted better). Therooms were very clean, the staff were very nice. The breakfast was very good. The amenities were good. We had a very nice stay, thank you. "

"I had an excellent experience staying in Suites Malecon Hotel. The staff treats you like a VIP guest. This hotel is very well maintained. The apartment was spotless, with super comfortable bedding, and a beautiful view. I would stay there again."

"Great stay! Loved the staff, food, and location! Transportation was easy to arrange when needed. Only downside was my early check-in request for 11 AM wasn’t met, my guest and I had to wait over 4 hours in the hot lobby after our flight. Closer to check-in time, staff suggested we relax on the rooftop and grab lunch, which was nice, but our room still wasn’t ready until after 3 PM. Other than that, everything was fantastic!"
