Signed up for sián kián package(pearl bands) but wasn’t told that the adult only section was under construction when purchased.

We only had buffet food all restaurants were always booked.

Overall, the staff was the most memorable aspect of our visit there this time around, followed by the great quality of food with so many options to choose from. It was a great experience with lots of value for the price. We will be back for sure.,

There was a lot of things going on around the resort, during the night and day. That staff were so nice and remembered our group.

My family and I had a wonderful time at The Royal Sands Resort! The rooms were spotless, the facilities throughout the resort were well maintained, and there were many activities for us to do at the resort. There was a variety of food options — all of which were delicious. The staff also ensured our safety by keeping in mind any food allergies when serving us. The staff was also very helpful in providing us information and activities around the resort and in planning excursions, like a day trip to Chichen Itza. Would highly recommend this place for family activities!
