"Our stay at Riu Caribe was amazing and we couldn’t have picked a better property to stay at. Both times I’ve stayed at a Riu property the other time being the Riu Palace Peninsula next to Caribe it’s been a great time and service is always top notch. I’d like to really give a specially shout out and thank you to our amazing bar server that we met and her name was Dulce. We took a liking to her on our second day on the property because she always paid attention to us and we always felt like we were welcomed. Her service was truly impeccable as she was able to handle multiple parties at the lobby bar and kept our drinks topped up as well as snacks without any intervention. She was always asking us if we needed anything and was always refilling the snacks which you need while drinking!! I also want to give another special shout out to Elvira!! The dining/breakfast service was another amazing experience as we had met Nohe and Elda which both are amazing at what they do and they don’t spare no expense on making sure you are treated like family. They both were exceptional in making sure we were well fed and if we needed anything they were right there. Our party was a group of 6 so throughout our stay they always made sure to have room for our party without our ask since we were always ok being separated to eat quicker. We will definitely be back again just to see our amazing friends we met working at Riu Caribe!!"
