"Our family trip was fantastic! The moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and everyone we spoke to was very accommodating. Our flight was a direct into Cancun, so we arrived at the property well before check-in. Check-in was a breeze and everyone was so helpful (making restaurant reservations and explaining the property map, etc.) Our family has stayed at quite a few all-inclusives in Mexico, and this by far was the best experience. The food was great, my dad’s favorite meal of the day is breakfast, and Guadalupe made him the best ham, onion, and cheese omelets. The housekeeping and groundskeepers really did an outstanding job at maintaining the property. We will try to be back soon for another stay! "

"Staff was all very professional and helpful. Enedino was my favorite. The layout was perfect for easy access. Either side had nice views. The restaurant was lovely and the food tasty. I enjoyed the fun pool staff games, it got people in fun moods. Beach was clean and easily accessible. Overall, great option and a good deal for the cost."
