"We had an amazing overall trip and the resort made it unforgettable. The room, overlooking the garden, was modern and very clean. The only thing we wish there were more of was hooks and/or a clothes rack to hang wet/damp clothes from. The food..outstanding! The buffet at Spice had everything you could imagine and was definitely satisfying to go to when you are famished. Plus it’s open almost 24 hours. But our hands down favourite place to eat was Asiana!! The salmon and sushi satisfied every craving we had for fish/seafood and the ginger ice cream was out of this world. Of course their other restaurants were also great and the fact that we got to see raccoons and cats roaming through Pelicanos made this our second favourite place to indulge in their tasty menu. The staff in the entire resort were very friendly, courteous and always there to help. Each member had a smile and always looked like they enjoyed being there. We want to give a special shout out to Benjamin from the entertainment staff. He was very friendly, was always happy to see us and the aqua-fit class he led was the best we’ve ever had!! He made us forget we were exercising by making it feel fun!! He even made us souvenir bracelets to take home. Hope to see him again the next time we’re there. The pool was nice. Very satisfying to go for a dip in the cool water on a hot day. And there were plenty of warm/sunny days. The pool, for the most part, was very clean and well maintained. Thank you Hyatt!!"

"Best hotel i could of wished for. Very professional. I just wish i would of booked to stay more than 5 days. The food is really good so much to offer. Pools great for the kids. Very clean. But the highlights are the staff that i met. They made the holiday special. Guillermo & Antonio - Jelly pool bar ( THE BEST ) Leslie & Mayra - Vacation Club Arturo - Bowling Bar Eber - at the Casa Del Mar The only negatives i have would be the sea ( Which the hotel can't control ) And perhaps get some tv's to show some British football games as other hotels provide We will definitely see you again.
