"Beautiful Hotel, very clean, everybody was exceptional especially the concierge Marisol and Lizette, it was my birthday and they had balloon decorations in my suite and a dessert, what a nice surprise.The hotel complex is huge but they have golf carts to take to all the places you need to go to."

"The activities group is great and a lot of fun at the main pool. The golden pool has an amazing staff like Miguel. The rooms are clean, all staff is friendly and helpful! Selection of restaurants is great! The elevator in our building #1 didn’t work 98% of the time so walking to the third floor wasn’t fun multiple times a day. "

"Breakfast had a variety of food to choose from. The only problem, you had to walk to the next resort if you wanted to eat before 8a. Several of the restaurants were open only certain times of the day, the majority of food places you have to make reservations for. The concierge were very little help. They keep pushing the timeshare and telling you to use the app for everything. Even calling for a spa treatment you have to use the app. They won't book it for you. Resort prices are absolutely inflated, $90 sunscreen at the spa. So pack your own. Even the tipping at this resort was weird, gave a bartender $20, no response. Tip the servers, it was like whatever. Just felt weird. You definitely do alot of walking. The theater is very good, live singing & dancing trying to keep you engaged. Pool is very large, but there is a section of the pool that is for members only, again trying to force the timeshare again. But overall we were happy, and if you need transfers from airport to resort use usa transfers, absolutely great on time and have a real time location. Rivas & Vega were our drivers, van was clean, cool and drinks were cold. "

"From the moment we booked to the time we checked out, the Mamma Loo staff was in constant communication with us. They let me know about prices outside the stay rates beforehand, they helped me arrange a welcome bouquet for my girlfriend, arranged for us to have a grill dinner and took breakfast all the way to our kuchil ( that’s how you say space/home in mayan). Bathroom was clean, dinning area was tidy and the room was nice and comfortable. My girlfriend loved this, she said “ we should do this at least once per month, her energy was restored”. I want to come back and I would recommend you stay, piece of advice: try to disconnect from your phone, there’s lots of fauna to discover. Ps. Colibrí is a very nice dog, you’ll win her heart if you bring a little snack. "

"Wonderful family-run hotel on a lovely Cenote. If you want all-inclusive mass tourism, this is not for you. If you want an authentic Mexican self-catering room or apartment, off the beaten track, this is perfect. "

"The road to the resort was not paved at all (dirt road with tons of potholes, an SUV or bigger vehicle is a must), it was remote, no cell reception (download an offline map), surrounded by jungle. We had fun driving through. The property was nice, peaceful and surrounded by nature. There is no cell reception but there is a wifi. The room that we stayed in was the comfort room. It was clean and comfortable. There was a musty smell at first but we aired the room out and it was fine after. I think the room needs proper ventilation. The whole staff were super friendly, accomodating and welcoming. We had the pleasure to meet Jason (all around guy - concierge, manager, chef), Robert and Papa Oso. They took good care of us. The housekeeper although we didn’t personally meet her, she did a very good job at tidying up our room every day. There menu option was limited but the food was delicious all the time. We even had a bon fire after dinner with marshmallows to eat😁. We’re satisfied overall. Service was great. The resort has a lot of potential for more activity options aside from what they already offer - e.g. ATV tours around the area, cooking class, wildlife watching, stargazing, etc. We will be back! "
