The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The rooms are clean and very roomy. Marisol our concierge was absolutely amazing. She guided us and helped us in everything. The pools were clean and stunning. The only thing, the beach was not accessible due to being very rocky. Overall is was amazing!

We just left and can't wait to go back! Beautiful property, lovely people. All staff was so welcoming, kind and helpful. We celebrated my daughter 21st birthday and staff supriced her with balloons and a pastery in our room. Special acknowledgement to all the ladies and gentlemen at Jungala were fantastic! Beautiful pools Delicious food So much wild life, we loved it!

Hotel is excellent. Big spacious modern rooms. Staff is excellent. Food was awesome. We also saw the Joya show for the second time and it was fun. It might seems expensive on the food and drinks, but when you add it up with room price it is similar cost to all inclusive hotels. But this one is way nicer.

I have been to Vidanta resorts in Riviera Maya three times now and it is the best place for me and my kids. I didn’t leave the resort at all the place is huge. The hotel rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated. This time we stayed Jungala and two large rooms with two bathrooms and even a dining room kitchen and stove sinke the works! It is not all inclusive but you can coin your food there if you don’t want to spend money on eating out everyday. Staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly always

Jungalas suite was a very comfortable space for a family of 5… the layout is very convenient and cozy.. so many pools to choose from. Concierge was so attentive and kind just amazing. Walk way is confusing but I loved getting lost because it’s a beautiful walking path and honestly there are so many stops for the golf carts to pick you up and take you to were you need to go so your not lost and on your own always an employee ready to help. We were there for 5 nights and of course we will be returning.

It was a wonderful vacation. Beautiful suit room with a jungle vibe greenery around, modern furnitures and small kitchen, clean bed and bath, nice balcony, 24 hours swimming pool, standby cart to go anywhere in the property anytime, best staff and room service we have had for a while. The only drawback was it is located little far from the city, costly taxi to go outside the resort for food or excursions, lots of restaurants options but the food expenses were little high. If you can get an affordable deal, especially during the off season, this can be a lifetime experience.

We stayed at a one bedroom suite and it is an incredible value. There is a lot to see and do right inside the hotel grounds: Lush jungle, wild animals, fitness/spa, countless swimming pools, the beach, … Food is a little expensive by local standards, but all the restaurants are in beautiful surroundings like out of a movie set. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful resort. My only complaint is that food is over priced. Small portions for what you are paying for. Room service was excellent always had our room clean. Jungala lobby representatives were awesome they help us since day one. We stayed 6 nights.

Staff perfect, super clean, but very expensive, and the shuttles are very annoying. That’s my only complaint, be ready to spend around 2000 usd, we are a family of 5, you have to pay for everything. Havana moon restaurant, do not ask for yuca because it’s hard and masa’s de cerdo, are very tiny.it is not worth it at all. Jungala was were he stayed, be ready to pay for the water park 1500 and some restaurants are not open everyday and you have to reserve them.

Beautiful property. Very friendly and abundant staff. Jose at Jungala Hotel catered to our every need. He was the most attentive concierge we have ever had. Food was excellent. Lots of choices. The only negative was price of meals and goods (sunscreen was more than $45!!)

My family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) had the best time ever. The staff was amazing. The resort was so clean and well kept. The room was large and clean. On top of everything, the staff did everything to accommodate us. Our flight arrived early so they let us do an early check in. Then our flight departed later in the day so they accommodated that as well. I mentioned it was my daughter’s 4th birthday and they went above and beyond and surprised my daughter with the most beautiful balloons, card, and birthday dessert. I can’t wait to come back again!

The hotel was amazing. The staff was super attentive and were always seeking to see what they could help with. The pools were huge and beautiful. Everything was awesome.

We had a wonderful family stay at Vidanta Jungala Riviera Maya. The property is absolutely gorgeous, impeccably maintained, and feels truly luxurious. Our room was spacious, upscale, and beautifully appointed with premium amenities. The pool was large and beautiful, and there were plenty of restaurants with great food. The staff was exceptional—every interaction was courteous, welcoming, and genuinely above and beyond. Our only disappointments were that the room temperature was WAY TOO WARM. The thermostat was restricted not to be set below 70°F. I have a very warm body temperature and it makes it incredibly difficult to sleep in a warm room at night. And, despite booking online as “all-inclusive,” the restaurants and deli came with additional charges. Aside from those points, it was an outstanding experience, and we would happily return.
