"Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya is a resort on the smaller side, but still offered lots. The activities they had planned were actually lots of fun and very engaging. Nothing ever felt like it was crowded and the resort had some great food options. The staff throughout the hotel were amazing and very nice. Overall, I think this resort checked all of our boxes and we had an amazing vacation here, and will recommend this to others that are looking into this property."

"Staff were friendly, on top of things, and easy to make requests. Although it would be easier for the staff if rooms had bins for recycling instead of them sorting through the trash bins. Also, our washroom keeps getting a pool of water whenever we shower because the door doesn't close or seal."
