"We had a great impromptu stay at the Hard Rock after a blizzard delayed flights home. We were with a larger group so this was the perfect hotel for our guests who were varied in age, from 3 years to 60. The hotel restaurants are dated and need some improvements but we heard the talking about renovating soon. The staff was wonderful, especially Chac who helped us with breakfast each morning at the steakhouse restaurant. The poolside staff was awesome too, always ready to help us with whatever we needed!"

"The hotel is pretty new. Service was outstanding. Nice pool and private beach. Rooms are nice and spacious. My only complaint was toward the bathroom. Window walls give no privacy and at night when my.wife went to the bathroom and turned the light on, it woke me!"
